How Our Network Works

Request an estimate and start asking

Who You Talk To

Covershope Roofing does not have roofers on staff. When you reach out, you are routed to an independent roofing provider in our network. That provider is a separate business. It runs its own crews, sets its own prices and signs its own contract with you.

So the person on the line, or at your door, speaks for the provider. Keep that in mind when you read a quote or a warranty.

What Happens After You Reach Out

The steps are simple:

  • You share basic details about your home and roof problem.
  • A local provider contacts you to talk through the job.
  • The provider usually needs to see the roof before giving a firm number.
  • You receive a written estimate and decide what to do next.

There is no obligation to hire anyone. Request a callback to check provider availability if you would like to talk first.

What to Ask an Independent Provider

Good questions protect your budget. Try these:

  • Is the quote in writing, and does it list materials, labor and tear-off?
  • Who handles permits, if your area requires them?
  • What happens if rotted wood is found under the old roof, and how is that priced?
  • Who will be on site, and are they employees or subcontractors?
  • What does the warranty cover, and who stands behind it?
  • How do you protect landscaping, gutters and the attic during the job?

A good answer is clear and specific. It does not dodge. It comes with paper.

Red Flags Worth Noticing

Be careful if a provider asks for a large cash payment up front, pushes you to sign the same visit, refuses to put terms in writing, or cannot explain how they price extras. Pressure is a sign to slow down and get another quote.

You Are in Control

You choose who inspects your roof. You choose whether to ask for a second or third estimate. You choose when to sign. Comparing written quotes side by side shows you what drives the price, such as shingle grade, underlayment, or flashing work.

If you spot early warning signs, like curling shingles, dark streaks, heavy moss or stains on a ceiling, acting early often keeps a small fix from becoming a full replacement.
